DESCRIPTION

Happu is made an in-charge of a 'Romeo Squad' to protect the women from the eve-teasers. Happu catches Malkhan and Teeka teasing women. Later, Happu catches Vibhuti flirting with Angoori and spares him after accepting a bribe from him. Happu observes Manmohan watching Anita dance and spares him after he is paid some money. Happu pounces on Prem as he dances with Gulfam Kali on obscene songs and arrests Vibhuti once again as he feeds 'pani puri' to Anita publicly.
